Participants of the RERE (Renewable Energy Renewable Earth) project gather in Bergara

From May 26 to 29, collaborators of the RERE (Renewable Energy Renewable Earth) project gathered in Bergara to continue developing the initiative. During this meeting, testing sessions were held for the simulator currently being designed around photovoltaic panels, and several of the created scenarios were tested. The next steps will involve improving the simulator based on the test results and continuing development focused on wind energy.

During their stay, the participants from the various partner countries — Turkey, Portugal, Denmark, and Ireland — had the opportunity to visit the facilities at Miguel Altuna, which they found very interesting. The sessions concluded with a visit to Tknika, where they were also able to learn more about how this innovation center operates.

The project will move forward with several online meetings before the summer break, followed by in-person gatherings after the summer pause.
