Students and ex-students
Job listing
In order to provide a good service to students, alumni and companies, Miguel Altuna LHII manages its job bank through the website www.lanpoltsa.eus.
Functioning
By means of this system, each person looking for a job will be registered, and in turn the companies, by means of a password, will be able to obtain the CVs of those people with a certain profile. This makes it possible to have up-to-date data and at the same time speed up the process of accessing available workers/jobs.
The aim of the job bank is to make it easier for current and former students to access or return to the labour market, or if necessary, to help improve their current situation.
Registration
Steps to follow to register in the system: Contact the person in charge of the Job Bank or enter directly into the application.
Once the access code is in place, the interested party can update their CV themselves via www.lanpoltsa.eus.
Data protection
Your data will be used by Miguel Altuna LHII for academic purposes and for the communication of future job offers. You will always be able to exercise your right to rectify or cancel your personal data by contacting

Erasmus +
"Erasmus + makes personal and professional development possible".
Every year we present a project that helps us to manage internships for our students in different European countries. These internships, lasting three months, are carried out in companies related to the studies carried out at the center. Apart from the internships, it should be noted that the relationship with students from other countries makes the stays unforgettable, since the recreational aspect also enriches the personality of each participant.

Mediation
This is a service promoted by the Department of Education, Language Policy and Culture and the Vice-Ministry of Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning of the Basque Government, with the aim of promoting and encouraging Lifelong Learning.
Learning is a continuous process that is not limited to a specific age range; in other words, it takes place throughout all stages of life. It is understood that within this lifelong learning process, every educational activity, whether formal or informal, helps us to develop as individuals. For this reason, the Mediation Service provides information on all types of learning:
Formal training: training that is carried out with the aim of achieving a regulated qualification: E.S.O, FP, university studies, artistic teachings, Official Language Schools…
Non-formal training: training carried out in order to achieve labor insertion or a better adaptation to the job (occupational or job training).
Lifelong learning: varied training that is carried out in free time or to achieve personal wellbeing (sports, manual work, therapies, informative…).

What is Ikasempresa?
kasenpresa is an educational program developed around the creation of school companies in the classroom. The objectives of this project include bringing the world of business into the classroom, promoting the development of entrepreneurial skills (creativity, innovation, teamwork, decision making, initiative, leadership, commitment and determination, negotiation, etc.), stimulating the approach to other cultures and social realities and promoting cooperation between schools.
Objetives
To create an Ikasenpresa, so that students are aware of what entrepreneurship implies and the steps they have to take to do it.
To develop the students’ skills to turn them into excellent professionals – employable, active, enterprising and intra-entrepreneurial people.
To raise students’ awareness so that self-employment becomes another option.
What does it do?
The students set up a small company in which they carry out all the activities of the same: corporate image, administration, marketing, sales, etc. Their products are real, self-made or marketed.
Throughout the course, two assemblies of entrepreneurs are held with the participation of two representatives of each company; in the first assembly they present their company to the rest of the participants, and in the second one they tell the progress of the company. In the first part of these meetings, they are given workshops on Communication and Point of Sale.
Ikasturtean zehar enpresaburuen bi batzar egingo dira. Bilera horietan enpresa bakoitzeko bi ordezkarik hartuko dute parte. Lehenengo bileran haien enpresa aurkeztuko diete gainerakoei, eta bigarren bileran haien enpresaren martxa azalduko diete. Bilera horietako lehen zatian komunikazioari eta salguneei buruzko lantegiak emango dira.
During the month of February, a fair is organized for the students to work the point of sale and offer their products to the public.
What does Urratsbat do?
Creating a company is not an easy task; therefore, Urratsbat chooses to turn the centers into incubators and business incubators. If the business projects so require, each participant in the program may also use other facilities, such as the Miguel Altuna LHII workshops, to make the prototypes of the product under study.
Who is it aimed at?
Urratsbat is aimed at students in the second year of the Miguel Altuna LHII middle and high school, Miguel Altuna LHII alumni and anyone who has a relationship with the Miguel Altuna LHII through non-formal training courses or non-classroom training.
Services offered by Urratsbat:
There is an assigned person at Miguel Altuna LHII at the disposal of the promoter throughout the process.
An Entrepreneurship Office in the Miguel Altuna LHII, properly equipped, so that the necessary work can be developed in the process of creating the company.
