In order to provide a good service to students, alumni and companies, Miguel Altuna LHII manages its job bank through the website www.lanpoltsa.eus.
Functioning
By means of this system, each person looking for a job will be registered, and in turn the companies, by means of a password, will be able to obtain the CVs of those people with a certain profile. This makes it possible to have up-to-date data and at the same time speed up the process of accessing available workers/jobs.
The aim of the job bank is to make it easier for current and former students to access or return to the labour market, or if necessary, to help improve their current situation.
Registration
Steps to follow to register in the system: Contact the person in charge of the Job Bank or enter directly into the application.
Once the access code is in place, the interested party can update their CV themselves via www.lanpoltsa.eus.
Data protection
Your data will be used by Miguel Altuna LHII for academic purposes and for the communication of future job offers. You will always be able to exercise your right to rectify or cancel your personal data by contacting us.

Training for employment
Training for Employment (Continuous Training) is the tool that we make available to companies, people in active employment and unemployed people to improve their levels of competitiveness and their ability to adapt, update their knowledge in order to facilitate the transition to labor market.
The start of the courses will take place depending on the enrolment. The courses will be held from Monday to Thursday, from 18:00 to 21:00.
Certificates of professionalism
Certificates of professionalism are the official accreditation instrument for professional qualifications in the field of labour administration. More information at: www.lanbide.net

Tailor-made training
Miguel Altuna offers advanced and/or tailor-made training for companies in technologies and content not offered in the usual continuous training catalogues.
Furthermore, the training is designed to fit the strategies and objectives of each company. The contents and timetables are also adapted, and can be given either at Miguel Altuna’s facilities or at the company itself.
Students in practice
Internships in companies are a professional module with its own characteristics and for this reason it is essential to leave the center and develop the module in a company.
An attempt is made to ensure that the students who have developed the training processes at Miguel Altuna internalize knowledge, skills and attitudes in “daily practice” as well as other types of labor competencies that cannot be developed in other cases (which cannot be develop in the context of the school).
The Miguel Altuna Professional School has agreements with more than 240 companies in Alto Deba and its surroundings: On the one hand, we try to get students to do professional internships as close to home as possible and, on the other, we try to offer these companies the best qualified students. are tailored to your needs.
In general, professional internships usually have the following characteristics:
Duration: In the Intermediate Degree cycles, 380 hours and in the Higher Degree cycles, 360 hours (between March and June).
Schedule to meet: 35 hours per week.
Calendar: the one they meet in the company.
Module evaluation: Both the company instructor and the student’s tutor will meet to decide if the student is PASS or NOT PASS. Attitude towards work will be the most important thing in this evaluation.
After all, the internship is a bridge to the world of work for the student.

DUAL Vocational training introduction
This is a programme that alternates between studies at the training centre and the company, involving both Miguel Altuna teachers and company tutors, who participate directly in the assessment of the skills acquired.

Both public and subsidised vocational training centres in the Basque Autonomous Community participate in TKgune, with the collaboration of the Basque Government.
TKgune is mainly structured in five strategic areas: Automation, Automotive, Energy, Manufacturing and Creative Industries.
What for?
TKgune offers, from a service vocation, technical support, tools, test benches, methodologies, training and accompaniment adapted to the reality of Basque companies to increase their competitiveness, from a close knowledge of their needs and problems.
