The RERE project continues to move forward

From September 22 to 25, the partners of the RERE (Renewable Energy Renewable Earth) project gathered in Galway (Ireland) to carry out the planned activities. Two teachers from Miguel Altuna also took part in this international meeting.

Earlier, in May, the group had already met at the Miguel Altuna Vocational Training Centre, where they conducted the first tests of the photovoltaic simulator they are developing, experimenting with different scenarios. The next steps will be to improve the simulator based on the results obtained and to continue developing the wind energy module.

During that visit, representatives from the participating countries —Turkey, Portugal, Denmark and Ireland— had the chance to tour the facilities of Miguel Altuna as well as the Tknika centre, both of which they found very interesting in terms of innovation.
