This training course is designed to equip teachers from across Europe with the knowledge and practical skills needed to integrate the “Learning Factory” concept into their teaching practices and transfer knowledge to industrial environments.(Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). Erasmus+). 

INTRODUCTION

This training course is designed to equip teachers from across Europe with the knowledge and practical skills needed to integrate the “Learning Factory” concept into their teaching practices and transfer knowledge to industrial environments. Focused on Industry 4.0, the course will explore cutting-edge tools, techniques, and technologies used in various industrial sectors, demonstrating their application in simulated and real-world contexts. Participants will gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, digitalization tools, and collaborative methodologies, enabling them to create dynamic and engaging learning environments. The course will also guide educators in designing, implementing, and adapting their own Learning Factories tailored to their unique industrial and institutional needs. By fostering innovation, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration, this program empowers teachers to drive the transformation of education and industry toward smarter, more sustainable practices.
