LF4VET Project: We Held a Meeting at the Arts et Métiers Centre in France
The Miguel Altuna team was in France on May 12 and 13 to participate in the second transnational meeting of the LF4VET project (“Learning Factories for the Pedagogical and Digital Transformation of VET Systems”).
The first day’s meeting took place at the Arts et Métiers School of Science and Technology, located in the city of Cluny. In addition to agreeing on the next steps of the project, we had the opportunity to visit their workshops and the LAB LEAN 5.0 learning factory. The aim of the latter is to place students at the centre of the system, analyse the impact of advanced technologies on operators, develop concrete applications for the industry of the future, and strengthen the links between education, business, and research.
During the second day, at the Chambéry centre, we learned how they integrate learning factories and sustainability.
